You can renew or delete your Web Hosting Order from within your Control Panel itself. Follow the steps outlined below to do so:

Renewing your Order

You can extend the tenure of your Web Hosting Order from anywhere between 1 to 10 years.

1. Login to your Control Panel. 1

2. Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Web Hosting Order and proceed to the Order Details view. 2

3. Click the Renew link in the lower toolbar.

4. Here, select the duration for which you wish to Renew the Web Hosting Order. You may also choose to enable/disable SSL (Dedicated IP) Support for your Web Hosting Order.

5. Click the Renew Service button.

6. Proceed to pay for the Invoice generated for the Renewal.

Deleting your Order

If for some reason, you do not wish to continue with the Web Hosting Service provided by Domain Club, then you may Delete your Order. Note that, Deletion of this Order within 30 days of purchase, entitles you to a full refund of your Cost Price. However, you would not get a refund if you Deleted the Order after this period.

2. Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Web Hosting Order and proceed to the Order Details view. 4

3. Click the Delete link.

4. Here, you would see details of the refund applicable on Deletion, if any. The refund would be given to you in the form of a Credit Note. You would further have to Confirm the Deletion of this Order.

   Note

   If you re-order Web Hosting Service for the same domain name or any of its domain aliases, the 30 day refund guarantee will not be applicable to any such new Order.

5. On confirming, Deletion would be effective immediately.
