To Renew your Order

You may extend the tenure of your Web Hosting Order from anywhere between 1 to 10 years.

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Renew button.

   Note

   If your Web Hosting Web Services Order has Expired, you will not be able to switch Plans, until you have Renewed your existing Order.

3. Select the duration for which you wish to Renew the Web Hosting Order. You may choose to have SSL Support enabled for your Web Hosting Order by selecting the Include SSL Support checkbox.

4. Click the Renew Order button.

5. Proceed to pay for the Invoice generated for the Renewal.

To Delete your Order

If for some reason, you do not wish to continue with the Web Hosting Service provided by Domain Club, then you may Delete your Order.

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 2

2. Click the Delete Order link.

3. Click Delete Order to complete the Deletion of this Order.

Note

• If you re-order Web Hosting Service for the same domain name or any of its domain aliases, the 30 day refund guarantee will not be applicable to any such new Order.

• The refund upon deletion would be given to you, in the form of a Credit Note.
